From the confirmation of your payment ILUNNIE reserves the right to receive the signed Short-Form Professional Services Agreement and assign your project a freelancer within 24 hours.

ILUNNIE’S 24-hour flexible refund policy gives you the freedom to make changes on your project requirements or request a full refund upon canceling your purchase within 24 hours of payment confirmation, without being charged any fees if you made your purchase one week or more before the established deadline. 
At ILUNNIE we compromise to select a top-rated professional you’re your project through a very detailed recruitment process but if for some reason the service delivered is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or do not match the description on the Short-Form Professional Services Agreement please get in contact with our team through our chat or email so we can properly come up with the appropriate solution.
